We had heard good things about Revere and after talking to Craig we swapped over. Craig and his team sold our place within a month and we got a price we were very happy with. I cannot recommend Revere and especially, Craig enough. He went above and beyond for us and even helped negotiate offers when he was on holiday! We had the absolute pleasure in working with Craig, when we decided to put our house on the Market, due to circumstances we had to sell our beautiful family home that held many magical memories for myself, my husband and our two boys, so making the decision to sell was a hard one. But the moment we met Craig we knew we would be totally looked after, he loved our home almost as much as we did, which is really important when you are trusting someone to sell your home professionally, but Craig and his team went that extra mile in everything we wanted , they cared about our history in our home, wanted to know what were our favourite parts the house, and the stories regarding the house. Craig expertly guided us through how to show our home to people that came for appointments , when we ourselves did showings , which was an amazing help and made that part of the process which can be daunting flow really easily. Craig was always contactable, whenever we had worries or concerns, and was always there to calm any situation that arose and offer advice that was always appreciated from his many years in the business. His photography people captured our home wonderfully, and again they listened to what we wanted they walked around the house with us wanting to know our favourite parts of the house in order to reflect our life in the home, nothing was too much trouble to get the desired look we wanted, and our home was captured in its best light at all times . Craig made what can be a very traumatic period when selling a house, seem effortless in every way , even out of office hours he always kept in contact to check we were all good and happy. Craig and his team became part of our family and we hope to keep in touch going forward, in-fact we have already asked and shown Craig possible new houses in our new life abroad to once again ask for his advice, in choosing our new home , if you are looking for a company who care and most importantly love their jobs then look no further than Craig snd his team, our house sold really quickly because a team of people who cared were handling the Sale. A first rate Professional company to handle one of the biggest decisions in anyone’s life, the only choice to guide you through the process, because they care, not just about the job they do but they care about the you more than anything.
